Shooting victim Heather Brammer told her amazing story of survival to Ellen on Monday. We need your help to put her shooter behind bars. The suspect is wanted for robbery and attempted murder, which occurred on August 22, 2008 at the City Laundry and Cleaners on Mill Street in Manning, South Carolina.
